Chattahoochee River Walk / Fort Moore
Sunday, September 8, 2024

We’re planning a relaxed–pace, no–drop group ride along the Riverwalk and Fort Moore on off-road bike paths, bike lanes, and quiet roads. Some hills but mostly easy riding. The Riverwalk is very scenic, the Fort is very interesting.

The route varies but is usually around 35 miles total. If you'd prefer a shorter ride, park near Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center to reduce the total distance by 12 miles and meet the riders from Rotary Park as they come through. (See directions below.)

Date: Sunday, Sept. 8.
Time: 10:00 Central (11:00 Eastern) at Rotary Park, Columbus or 11:00 Central (12:00 noon Eastern) at Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center.
Conditions: All paved, any bikes/tires are fine.
Bring: Water. Picnic lunch or treasure for restaurant dining.
